The dynamic calibration of a pressure transducers is achieved by applying to both the latter and the reference transducer a pressure step. The input signal e(t) coming from the transducer and the output signal s(t) coming from the pressure transducer subject of the study:
The transfer function H (ν) is defined as
the ratio of the Fourier transform of the S (ν) on the Fourier transform
of the E (ν).

Experimental setup of dynamic calibration of pressure transducers
The incoming signal from the tested transducer and its associated
electronics is filtered, converted to digital and then stored in memory
with a transient recorder. The signal coming from the reference is also
recorded.
